• Promote training in ICT, construction, hospitality, fashion, creative arts and technical trades.
• Create digital innovation hubs for coding, AI, software development and digital entrepreneurship.
• Facilitate grants, affordable financing, mentorship and business incubation for young entrepreneurs.
• Build partnerships for internships, apprenticeships and job placement.
• Support sports and talent development as pathways to careers and employment.

2. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT & INCLUSION

When Women Thrive, Society Prospers:

• Support women-owned businesses through grants, financing and cooperatives.
• Promote financial literacy and economic independence.
• Improve access to maternal and child healthcare.
• Expand leadership, skills and entrepreneurship opportunities for women.
• Champion stronger protection against gender-based violence.
• Promote greater participation of women in governance and decision-making.

3. BETTER HEALTHCARE FOR ALL

Quality Healthcare Within Reach of Every Family:

• Advocate the upgrading and equipping of Primary Healthcare Centres.
• Improve access to essential medicines and qualified healthcare personnel.
• Organize regular community medical outreach and health-screening programmes.
• Strengthen maternal, child and preventive healthcare services.
• Promote health insurance enrollment to reduce healthcare costs.
• Advocate federal healthcare projects and institutions within Eti-Osa.

4. INFRASTRUCTURE & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Building Communities That Work:

• Priority Areas: Roads and transportation, drainage and flood-control projects, clean water and reliable water supply, electricity and renewable-energy initiatives, and community facilities.
• Delivery Approach: Assess and prioritize community needs with residents and community stakeholders.
• Secure federal projects through legislative advocacy and budget interventions.
• Monitor project implementation and contractor performance closely.
• Promote transparency through community monitoring and public reporting.

• Sponsor and support laws that create jobs and expand economic opportunities.
• Champion infrastructure, healthcare and education development.
• Pursue federal projects, budget allocations and development grants for Eti-Osa.
• Advocate stronger federal institutions and services within the constituency.
